去到英國第一樣要食既究竟係咩呢？
估都估吾到...
就係Fish and Chips 啦
當我第一次黎到英國，我啲英國朋友同我講一定要食Fish and chip，我心諗魚同薯條有咩好試喎。
但是我終於明白點解啦
到Chips，美國喜歡薯條，英國喜歡新鮮薯仔炸既，兩者好唔同，因為薯條過左一晚會好乾，吾再好味，而新鮮炸薯仔過左一晚仲好有薯味。
好多人都應該知道英國吾似香港甘凌晨仲有糖水食，有茶飲，好多店舖好早就關門。少數剩下黎留守到深夜既就係Fish and chips 店，所以英國人去完飲完酒，就會去食Fish and chips。正如香港人去完飲野，會去翠華一樣。
重有，當你買Fish and chips既時候，佢會問你salt and vinegar with fish and chips，原來英國人喜歡chips with salt and vinegar，我自己就唔太習慣落vinegar，只會落salt。
